Returns Best online pet store

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@petbonds.co.za. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@petbonds.co.za and we will assist you.

Shipping
We send all our products using door-to-door courier delivery, limited to South African MAIN CITIES ONLY. A full physical address must be supplied and someone should be available to receive your parcel.  
Delivery can take 2 – 5 working days from date of dispatch and is only valid for South Africa main cities.  
Courier for:  
- Johannesburg and Pretoria is R80
- all other main cities are R100.  
- all other areas in South Africa, regional and outlying is R120.  
Delivery prices are subject to change at any time. 
Our offices are closed on weekends and public holidays.

*Main centres include properties within a 50km radius of the major cities in South Africa. If you are not in a main centre, it may take a few days longer. We do not deliver by courier to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves and lodges, airports or harbours, and should your delivery address fall into one of these categories you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel.

Within Gauteng: 3-5 working days 
Main Cities: 3-5 working days 
Regional Area: 3-7 working day 
 

Terms & Conditions for delivery 
Pet Bonds assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. 
Parcels will only be dispatched once payment reflects and has cleared in the bank account if paying by EFT. Dispatch of parcels will be within 2-3 working days of receipt and clearance of payment.  
Pet Bonds cannot be held liable for missing or damaged parcels in transit caused by the couriers or any 3rd party. If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged. 
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or issue a voucher depending on the reason for the return of the item.
